With the release of Pokemon Black 2 and White 2 on the Nintendo DS, CoroCoro partnered with Pokemon to release the Pokemon Black 2 / White 2 Attribute Attack Guide in both Japan and Korea in 2012.
The guide would feature strategies on how to defeat each trainer / gym leader in the game, an fold-out map of the game, and an appendix of Pokemon types, weaknesses, and resistances.
The Korean version of this book would also include an exclusive sparkle holofoil promo Meloetta card in first edition prints of the book. This Meloetta was previously issued in Japan as a McDonalds promo, and in the US as a Collector’s Tin promo.
